The latest feature at Bexhill on Sea is a new water fountain installation, during the summer it is busy with lots of little ones paddling and getting soaked - the Mums and Dads all sit on the steps and it makes for a lovely day out. My watercolour (line and wash) captures the scene on an early spring day when coats and wellies are the order of the day.
