I got the inspiration for this picture when I was visiting friends who live on a cliff above the sea. It was May and the bright sun emphasized all shades of sea blue. A fresh wind blew and the small bright flags of the boats burned like spring flowers in an azure meadow. This is a big picture that will give spring mood for the whole year. 160x80 cm oil on canvas
