Beautiful dream-like quality reinforces the idea that it is a memory. Am I allowed to ask how you mix your beautiful reddish brown that you use in many of your paintings?

Sandra how lovely of you to say 'am I allowed to ask' we should all be able to share and I love burnt sienna, madder brown is one of my favourites and I love to do a very rich underpainting of carmin red.

I painted this as a memory as friends of ours used to have parties at New Year and a mid summers ball. They were great times. This was painted from memory.
