Busy Doing Nothing

Hi Valerie love your work. i have always said pastels are best suited to wildlife painting and you have proved it. excellent work.. just as a matter of interest what sort of pastels do you use. I use Carb Othello pastel pencils for my wildlife work.

Hi Steven, thank you for your comments and interest. I use a wide variety of pastels; the soft pastels are Schmincke, Sennelier, Ashby, Unison & Daler Rowney. The hard pastels are Conte sticks plus Carb Othello, Derwent and Pitt pastel pencils.
