Out for Lunch by Terry Root

Painted from a selfie taken on a Saturday lunch. My 23rd picture since taking up the brush, my eye is always drawn to the error of painting the light from the camera flash on right side of the table edge ! even though the light is streaming in from the window on the left. I have left it as a reminder to myself, " to use the original photo as a reference" after all the aim is not to produce a photo copy.
