Beautifully done Martin.

Beautiful and peaceful scene.

You find some lovely places for your drawings Martin. Another fine work.

A lovely calming scene Martin.

That extra mile was well worth the walk Martin - I especially like the water surface.

Thanks very much for posting your kind comments everyone. I do appreciate them

This is so beautiful, Martin, the textures, the greens, the bright leaves,... great values too, superb

Beautifully done Martin, I especially like the water.

Thanks Federico and Lynda

Great Martin. I like the light on the water and the wispy grasses in the foreground especially.

Beautiful bushes, front and back. Smart to leave sky and back lake the color of the paper. You are good at less is more. Lovely, calm.

It’s quite difficult to get close to the water at this lake at Hatfield Moors but it’s worth walking the mile to the North end where there is this little gap and even better there’s a bench to sit on and sketch. In pencil with watercolour added later. On SW HP block 16x12”
