A lovely piece, The light effect really brings vibrancy to the painting.

hi wow amazing work you captured the scene perfectly from paula

Brilliantly captured light. A terrific painting

What a beautiful image; it's wonderful the way you have captured the light, Trevor.

Really nice painting again Trevor. I agree you have captured the light beautifully.

Brilliant pastel work.

Thank you for your comments. It was a joy to paint. The light was great, strong, clean, morning light on a summer day. The colour seemed to work well with the dark of her top giving strength to the painting and cutting through the lighter tones, but I just love things like the light through plastic buckets and the way the light off the wet sand reflects back. Thank you. When I look at the work of people who have commented it is a humbling.

Stunning! Just love your work! You capture "moments to remember" beautifully! :))))

I nearly missed this one Trevor, posts seem to fly by on here! I think the way you have captured the light in this picture is nothing short of stunning! Love it!!

A wonderful painting, the child is so natural. Well done.

Simply beautiful Trevor, the light is gorgeous.

I agree with all the positive responses already made, but you are a master at pastel and this is realism in its true form. Well done, I love them all.

Hello again Trevor. I must just congratulate you in getting two pictures in the top ten this month. You certainly deserve it as you are a master of the art of pastel painting.
