Well, if this painting doesn't cheer you up then nothing will! Fantastic use of vibrant colour. I really like the haphazard arrangement of the still life which, to me, always looks more authentic than a carefully contrived arrangement. Brilliant work.

This painting is really about time passing which is why i have an egg timer on the window sill.Every year i put the crop of plums on the kitchen window sill to ripen,day by day they become more richer in colour,thats what inspired this piece.
