This image is a million mile away from some of my recent submissions. What struck me about this scene was the cloud, I'd never seen such a well defined cloud so low, even over Lake Como, yes, this is a fairly accurate depiction. This is a large image, on watercolour paper primed with several coats of gesso. The usula cast of implemets was used in it's creation.
