Commiserations Tony. My wife had the knee replacement thing five months ago and she's now waiting to go in in July or August for the other one. Not a lot of fun...

Ouch! I feel the pain!

Oh Tony, I feel your pain! I have arthritis all over the damn' place, but I'm told I'm not ready for joint replacements yet - I know people who have had new knees and hips, though, all of whom tell me it's worth every bit of discomfort that you have to go through - so I hope the devil's teeth are out of your leg soon, you can get that itchy stocking off, and that the painting has helped vent some of your frustration.
