I like this, it has the freedom and simultaneous discipline of Chinese painting (I do like the stamp they made for you, too). I'm a great admirer of Chinese (and Japanese) painting - have never tried to do it, because I just don't think I could: though someone was kind enough to say my painting of a rabbit had an oriental touch - you however have used the real thing, Chinese ink and brushes.... Maybe I'll fall for the temptation and do the same one day - did you find that you had to really re-think your attitude to watercolour?

took the idea from a Chinese painting set, drawn with Chinese ink and brushes, the stamp is one made for me in China on a holiday while visiting an Art College. No pre drawing but adding a colour wash to try to enhance the subject.
