logging on Woldgate by Tony Hogan
For the second year running the owners of the woodlands alongside Woldgate road have had forestry experts thinning out the woods and providing a visually exciting opportunity for me to paint the resultant stacks of logs awaiting removal. This is one of my favorite local painting venues where the tunnel of trees change daily as well as through the seasons with the growth and fall of leaves and the changing light throughout the day. Painted with Atilier Interactive Acrylics on a 16" x 20" canvas.
