Tom, nobody has commented on this but I think it is lovely picture. I don't know Ile de Ré but it appears that you have captured the scene well. It was a good idea to include the lady to slightly complete the affect,

I like that bit of shadow of the person walking. Those french windows with the blue shutters are lovely too.
