oil. John and I worked together for some 20 years in London. We were employed at the same time and retired together in 1995. We had plenty of spare time in the last month before we left and he sat for me in my office while I completed the underpainting. He was a very talented man. He had a very good tenor voice , was a magnificent cook, and a very good systems analyst. Sadly he died shortly after we retired and I missed our frequent meals together at the Spaghetti House in Holborn.
