Very nice Tina. very powerful

Well this is very good Tina. Love the sky and the water is fair good as well. I started working in oils about 8 years ago but they were so long in drying. I now work in open acrylics which don't dry as fast as ordinary acrylics and I also dabble in other mediums at times. Well done. Hope to see some more of your work soon. Can I ask what a "lampwork bead maker" is please?

Full of energy Tina, love that sky.

Thank you for your lovely comments! I don't want to break advertising rules, so Adele, I have e:mailed you a link so you can see what lampwork beadmaking is all about; have fun!

I'm very new to acrylics (well, painting at all if I'm honest), and take an adult learning class every week. This term we are looking at painting water, which is certainly challenging! This is my second finished acrylic painting, and is in a frame ready to put in our local library next month. The idea is to showcase the class, and the wide range of talent from beginners like me to people who have got the hang of it!

About the Artist
Tina Smith

recently picked up my sketchbook after a break of far too many years! Love drawing with graphite and charcoal, but determined to get to grips with watercolours at some point soon. Update; April 2016. I have had a go with acrylics, and have to say I love them! Could well be trying out oils…
