You have certainly attempted a difficult subject for your debut Tina. You have achieved a nice variation of tone in Eddie's coat. A background will have enabled you to explore lost and found edges on his coat, for a softer feel of fur, and some of the proportions may require review. A very brave and bold first attempt for which you are to be congratulated. Well done.

Just seen this when putting up my own picture of flowers. Eddie looks full of character.

He is full of character and I think the picture shows that.
