This picture is quite small (30cm x 23cm) as it is a colour test for the oil study which I have also finished now. It is not a true copy but in the same time the purpose was to try to understand why E. Seago chose this particular palette. The original is at the Portland Gallery. I found that the benefit of reproducing a known painting is that you don't have the added difficulty of composition and you can concentrate on the rest. I will also post the oil version.
