This jumped out at me from the thumb nails, a real feeling of the cold and in a lovely palette too.

Thank you Val and Fiona, you are very kind. Actually I started this picture at a workshop with Hashim Akib. His pictures are fantastic and it is a thrill to see him create a project in front of you. However... when I get home I always feel that I want to finish it in my own style! His is a great inspiration to me though.
