I was fascinated by the amazing reflection of the mill. i painted the picture using water based oils. It took me several days as I had to wait for it to dry a bit at times so as not to smudge it too much. I worked on the sky and the water alternately and it made it difficult not to smudge. This is why I like using water based oils, they take less time to dry. My favourite bit is the dried grasses in the foreground and they took less than 10mns to paint!
