I didn't like the image on this old canvas, painted several years ago , so I decided to paint over it. As I was wiping it out, the image came back to life as this misty morning scene which I really liked. Almost monochrome, Venetian red with Titanium added, a little Prussian blue and Ochre highlights, I'm pleased i didn't obliterate it completely!
