a bright and lively image catching the eye. like it.

Recognised this as yours straight away Thalia - gorgeous!

Beautiful palette for this sun-soaked stone Thalia, great artwork.

Absolutely love this one Thalia, so vibrant!

Very spontaneous Thalia with lots of lovely warm tones.

Gorgeous colours and interesting street with passersbys and curious alcoves, looks historical too! An interesting colourful scene Thalia, well done!

Lovely impressionistic work Thalia, just enough detail to describe this complex ancient scene, well done.

I want to paint like you!!!!

Thank you for so many kind comments, thank you Mike, Margaret, Carole S, Louise, Karen, Carole K, Angela, Stephen, and Jennifer...you all have to visit here! Unbelievable weather today! Thunder storm and torrential rain all night, now we're drenched in sunshine!!! Jennifer, just get a huge brush and a load of tube watercolour and go for it, girl!!!

Smashing painting Thalia. Love the palette.

That's great -very recognisable, Thalia

I love the details on old buildings and you've got loads to at in Malta, Thalia. But don't go on about the beautiful weather! It's making me really jealous!

Gorgeous street scene Thalia, you do these so well.

A fantastic painting again Thalia!

Vibrant and beautifully painted .

Thank you, Willie, Dennis, Maureen, Marjorie, Sandra, Satu and Annick. Really much appreciate your comments. People who visit Gozo in the winter are always amazed at how cold it is in the houses, so don't be jealous, Marjorie! I have the AC on 28 C 2 electric fires going full blast and a huge thick woollen jumper and a scarf. I kid you not!!!! the houses here are built[???] to keep out the heat...they do it very effectively!!!

Lovely painting and atmosphere Thalia

Beautifully painted, with wonderful atmosphere and immediacy.

This was painted from inside a new gallery which has opened in Rabat [Victoria]. A beautiful 400 year old building on one of the busiest most awkward narrow streets in town...anyone who knows Gozo knows how bad the driving and traffic can be! There used to be two ancient petrol pumps in the street just around the corner in the picture!! I am going to be painting here a lot as there are SO many good positions and typical Gozitan street scenes. My paintings are on their walls too!
