Those two tree trunks are terrific....as is the rest of the painting but the trunks look firmly planted and strong. Love the palette too Tessa.

Hang on Studio Wall

Oil 12x10” on board. Started a week ago at the arboretum, and finished off at home. I felt the red leaves were a bit too bright so toned them down a bit! Going again tomorrow with friends but just sketching as the forecast is a bit chilly for standing painting for hours!
