I must have missed this little gem on my recent visits to the site Tessa, there is so much to like, good design, beautiful mark making, lovely palette and great use of tone.

Painted on a couple of very wet days this started out as an exercise on negative spaces)using the shapes between the tree branches) largely inspired by the article by Penny German in the Artist recently.
