Muddy Tracks

I really like this Tessa , the looseness is excellent and I do like the colours.

Love the way you've painted the mud - super slippery!

Super painting Tessa.

Many thanks Michael. It was the contrasts and sunlight that attracted me to this, so glad it came through. Dixie, thank you. You are the tree and woodland expert! Rikke, many thanks. Heather, yes it was muddy- very! I just managed to avoid ending on my backside! Denise, thank you so much.

The countryside can be so messy, Tessa and you've caught the Winter very well in you painting.

Thanks so much Willie, and yes it’s not always pretty!

I really like this painting Tessa. Love the way you have painted the mud and the puddles with reflections. I like the composition and the lead through to the distance. The colour balance was the initial attraction, just so natural.

Thank you very much Diane. I love your landscapes so appreciate your comments.

Excellent mud, and flicker of light on the distant gate. Tons of atmosphere too.

In the photo I liked the dark tones of the trees with sun dappled through, and the reflections in the muddy puddles.
