Lovely painting - I think you have captured the flightiness of these butterflies. Blue morphos never seem to settle with their wings open. You will only get quick flashes of the blue. Well done.

Thank you all lovely fellow artists! And to Linda I didn't even know the name of this beauty... I remember that it was looking very tired and its wings were somewhat tattered and see through at its ends... It almost looked as it is unable to hold them up anymore... I was in aw, it looked so otherworldly, almost like a spirit than an animal... I tried to capture that...
