No - don't fiddle - works so well as it is - great composition

I'm with Michael Sylvia, it looks great as it is.

This is so spontaneous, Sylvia. Just great, I love it.

There's a lot of atmosphere and spontaneity in this painting, Sylvia. It's lovely.

Oils are always so good to use now and then. I can see that you have enjoyed painting this. Well done Sylvia!

Well, you know me; I like to disagree.... if t'were me, I'd darken the windows and doors and just tidy them up a bit; there's nothing wrong with free and easy work, but it helps when the tones are more or less right; in this, the farther cottage has the darker tones, which is confusing visually and just (for me) catches the eye in the wrong place. Like the sky though, and the contrasting colours of the beach: Prussian Blue?

Lots of drama and light. Your paintings are always very strong and powerful and this one is no exception. Really nicely done.
