Such good pen work Sylvia. I certainly wouldn't worry about the positioning of her arms. They to the flow of the work. A gentle, wrapped up feel.

This is for the book I have just received for our Collaborators and Rogues. The theme Colour and love. So I decided this was a topical theme for the book. I've done this from my memory of the Holy Mother & Child. I'm not too sure if I've got the position of the arms right.... it's watercolour with added pen in an A 5 sketch book .
