A delightful sketch with an interesting history Sylvia! You must be sorry your sketchbook collaboration has come to an end. It's a shame we didn't get more people to commit to the idea posted on the Forum. Perhaps it could become the next challenge on here? I will try and think up a subject and post an image in early July and see if anyone is up for that challenge and then in August someone else could suggest a different subject. It could work, Thea's challenges have as did Michael's cartoons. Not everyone reads the Forum posts but they might see this.

Thank you Christine. Yes I am sorry to have finished the challenge . But now we have the fun of selecting and making a printed book from our efforts. We have a boozer lunch in mind. <br />Great idea to set a theme on here ...beginning at the strt of July.

Super sketch - so dynamic and also associated with lovely memories from your past - so perfect!

Beautifully done, with lively use of lines. Lovely work, Sylvia.

I wet my toes in it , I chatted with other kids sitting around if , and sat holding hands with dim and distant boyfriends sitting on the bench by it. A bit wobbly but full of my memories.
