Love those shadow colours on the mountains. Amazing what cleaning the loo and other bits of housework can do for meditating on your next painting!!

I love the colours you've put in the shadows, neat sketch. Looks like my dog walk too. At least the sun's ashining. Soon be spring, when hopefully we'll all need to rush out and buy green or blue and yellow paint! :)

This looks like a new departure for you..........you put the accent on cold weather by painting the sky green......i think this is one of your better ones & i commend you for it.

Hi Satu I have no problems answering you.. I hope you come back to this link. I live in beautiful north Wales ,Gods own country I have the Clwydian range behind me and I live in the Vale of Clwyd I am quite close to Snowdonia and the sea shore along the coast and into Anglesey. One of the best kept secrets. People think oh Wales Quarries and coal. but that is more south Wales. We have sheep and a lot of agriculture and as you see our beaches and mountains. Maybe you should have a trip up here. Thank you for asking. Sylvia.

This was the scene (roughly) the other morning on my Sqyueak dog walk. I kept it in my head and came home and in between peeling the spuds and cleaning the loo tried to paint it down. . It is probably exactly what no one wants to see at the mopment..Roll on summer time. (this is very small for me) I could actually scan it onto my P C
