Beached boat

this is a water colour painting on paper. 15" x 19" it's a copy of an oil painting which i was asked to do in 30 minutes by my art teacher two years ago . This time i took my time, tried water colour as a medium, rather difficult, but an enjoyable experience. i am now beginning a painting of the same visual in acrylic paints using various glazes and gels to see how it will turn out - PVA for the stones and boat to give some depth and sand gel for the foreground
