Mice work Sunil, the acrylic has added strength to it

thanks for the comments. i was really concerned that the water reflection was not working out and my son said that how can silver birch trees have no leaves whereas the trees in the background have fall colours ! anyway, what matters is that the work looks good.

This is a painting begun in watercolour on paper and then painted over with acrylic paints in some parts. It’s quite large – nearly thirty inches wide and twenty four inches height. It appeared in an LP’s of late 2013 and I enjoyed the challenge of the reflections on the water.
