This attempt at painting this lovely little kitten is another experiment of mine using a new media - inktense blocks & pencils. I attended a workshop for Inktense at Patchings Art Festival near Nottingham & was really taken with the blocks of colour. Its a different way of painting for me, but I quite enjoyed using something new as a change from the Oils & Acrylics that I would normally have chosen for this type of subject.
