I couldn't resist sketching and painting this scene as it struck me as a folly if ever there was one. Who puts a stile in place for people to climb over only then to run the footpath round the edge of it so the stile isn't needed? Still the stile itself is situated in a lovely part of the Cambridgeshire countryside just off Hinchingbrooke Park and reached through a pretty riverside walk lined with trees and grassy fields.Mounted (For sale - please contact me for details)
