I think this works really well and that little cloud is a joy!

Cheers Heather, there always seemed to be one cloud in the sky over Vesuvius, almost like a puff of smoke prior to eruption.

Wonderful - love the way you have painted the rocks and the shallow water.

Really well painted. The effect of shallow water over sand at the front of the picture is excellent.

8x10ins oil on canvas board. For the eagle eyed among you I reworked Sorrento Rocks from about a month ago; I was never really happy with the emptiness at the top.
