This was inspired by the feel of woods near Darley Dale, Derbyshire on a group ramble earlier this month. I tried to capture how the foreground tree and branches contrasted with the background textures in the wood. I had a bit of fun with this and mainly used a pallet knife and credit card - with a touch of a sponge.
