This lovely shelter is on the banks of the River Trent in Burton. It was apparently constructed from stones from an old nearby Abbey. I often walk past this and never really considered it suitable for a painting. However I now seem to be moving away from true colours to try to enhance a mood. I wonder where this will take me.
