This paddle steamer is part of the exhibits at the Hartlepool maritime museum. It is under renovation and used to ferry people across the Humber. In the background are the masts of the 200 year old Trincomale - apparently the oldest floating Navy boat. The paddle steamer was in a sorry state when I saw it but I've tried to capture something of the rough life it must have led.
