Thank you, Jenny and Ros, The castle is a real gem, with all the old brickwork and foliage to draw, and even more worth visiting now the house is open to view as well. We have made many trips there. The drawing did take a while Ros, much longer than the watercolours, I started with hard pencils and keep going over and over the same area with softer pencils, to get the darks. It can be very relaxing though.
