Durham Cathedral by Stephen Scott

You've posted some wonderful works recently. I like this one the most. It has a real "feel" to it (whatever that means!). I do feel there might have been a reflection in the water from the top of right hand tower. But I wasn't there so I don't know. Nevertheless - good work!

This was done as a quick oil sketch with a loose feel to it and yes you're correct there is a slight reflection but it was hidden in the reflection from the trees, you can just see a slight reflection in the painting but you have to look cvery closely - thank you for your comments and taking time to look at my paintings.
