Stunning colours, lovely countryside Stephen.

I like the furrows and the way they lead the eye into the landscape, Stephen, and the light on the fields is very well done.

Great atmospheric panorama, love this format.

Where is this in Shropshire. I live south of Shrewsbury, with a good view of The Wrekin and Wenlock Edge, but this painting looks more like the hills towards Church Stretton. I have been enjoying your paintings of my county - so keep them coming.

Thanks for all the comments. Thea the view is west of Cruckton looking towards the Long Mynd, Earls Hill and Pontesford Hill. I've probably made the hills look higher than they are. I just might paint a few more Shropshire scenes. I love Shrewsbury Thea and go there often from my home in Telford.

Another superb, dramatic piece, Stephen! Love the way you so effectively convey the scale of the landscape.

I like this a lot. You keep getting better!
