Great drawing, impressive trunk !

Always curious about materials, the first thing I ask is 'are you using vine charcoal, compressed charcoal, charcoal sticks, pencils, are you fixing it, what are you fixing it with'..... and then I get around to looking at the image properly. And you've got a very impressive elephant, advancing closer to us than I should quite care for. There's a real sense of bulk, mass, power.

Wonderful. You have captured the grandeur of this magnificent animal.

This is great! There's something about charcoal that gets you hooked, and it isn't as messy as some may think.
