epping forest

Do like this - I have a son in Laughton whose house looks out onto the forrest where we regularly take long walks so this really appeals to me

It brings back memories of Epping Forest. A lovely place and a very nice painting Stephen.

Lovely colours, textures and composition to create a peaceful forest atmosphere.

ps I looked up Nicolai Fechin. Books on him seem difficult to source in the UK, but I shall persevere!
