Lovely trees here Stephen and the foreground water on the track is very realistic, like the birds nests in the tree as well

Thought I would try to copy Mr. Wesson's lovely oil painting in Ron Ranson's super book 'The art of Edward Wesson'. When you take the trouble to study and copy a Wesson, Seago, Chamberlain or Fletcher Watson painting, you appreciate how much thought has gone into an apparently 'simple' painting.
