Many thanks David, it was quite a dull day. Late morning. I must confess I struggle with patience with buildings especially. I'm sure you do not need such devices but others might like to know of 'art grid' which can be downloaded from the Jackson Art website. You upload your photo and it adds a grid to whatever scale you like. No use for outdoor work of course!

Very nice piece Stephen. A few yards lower down and you've got the smallest house in Britain, and a very good pub.

So simple and so effective.

I tink tis composition really works. spare. The colours are equally effective. I could be in north Africa and that is not a bad thing.

The shapes and muted colours make this very good Stephen. Keep practising perspective. Like the aerials and pole with wire too.
