After watching yet more doom and gloom on the tv news, I thought I would indulge in a little art therapy. I painted this imaginary Lakeland scene, trying for a calm gentle mood. It certainly took my mind off the current situation.

I am a self taught amateur painter, I mostly paint landscapes in watercolour but I 'dabble' in other mediums from time to time. I really enjoy my art, especially painting outdoors when the weather allows.
