Looks good Stephanie. One of the way to learn is to practice by copying, but do try to put your own twist into it so as to develop your own style. You portfolio is very good.

Many thanks for your encouragement everyone. I do agree with Paul's comments, I do hope I do gain by looking at good watercolourists work and attempting to copy their techniques.

It’s a good way to learn different ways of applying techniques that work, I think Stephen. I particularly like the way you have left chinks of the white paper to show along the edge of the water. Gives a look of movement along the shore.
