Many thanks, Cesare and fiona. Not a conscious change Fiona, I was just trying to match the colours in the original. I found it quite interesting, listening to someone else's views rather than just making my own decisions.

Yes ther is a leader, he's quite an elderly ex advertising artist, he sure can draw and paint.

I attended the Oldham U3A art group for the first time this morning. I really enjoyed meeting the members and leader, this is based on one of his sketches which he brought along.

I am a self taught amateur painter, I mostly paint landscapes in watercolour but I 'dabble' in other mediums from time to time. I really enjoy my art, especially painting outdoors when the weather allows.
