Thank for your encouraging remarks Dennis and Fiona. The brushes software seems to be much better that the paint programme on windows Fiona. I have had another play with it and found that as well as size you can choose different shapes for the bushes. The one I used for this looks quite fluffy and at a large size gives that egg shell effect. Perhaps worth a try, the version I have was very cheap from I tunes.
