Many thanks Linda and Carole. It really struck me, having had such a jolly time at the art group, then seeing the photo I drew this from. Our obsession with moaning about the faults we see with our own society, compared with life in three quarters of the world. We should really appreciate the privileged lives we enjoy.

You're quiet right Stephen I stopped buying neewspers a few months back as I got sick and tired hearing an array of experts gassing on about Brexit . That's a super drawing

Agree, these heart rendering scenes almost fills one with guilt as we fret about Yuletide cheer. A good sketch to remind us what Christmas should really be about...kindness to our fellow man.

After returning, well fed from the art group Christmas 'do', I saw this scene ithe paper. After reading of our 'troubles' with inflation, 'care crisis', Brexit etc. Puts it into context somehow.
