Certainly not too quick in my book! Excellent composition and perspective. Great colours and good shadows. Bright and cheerful - I really like it!

Lovely autumn glow to this painting in both the trees and the buildings. Nice balance of penwork to washes.

Not a million miles from my posting earlier today - no I don't think it was done too quickly as it has a great looseness about it which really appeals to me.

I like this Stephen, great use of pen work and colour.

Many thanks everyone for your encouraging comments.

Rather very good for a sketch Stephen! I like the looseness of the use of colours and the lines. People walking on the street make the painting live. Well done!

Thank you Satu for your kind remarks.

It was the autumn colours that attracted me to this. Not done too quickly at all. Vibrant and lively.

Many thanks for your encouraging comments Gudrun.

I'm starting to run out of superlatives, Stephen! Fabulous!

You have made my day Seok!

Another gorgeous church view Stephen, lovely trees with colours reflected in the colour of the church, another lovely relaxed work,

A quick (perhaps too quick?) line and wash sketch of Grange Avenue which is around the corner from me. The old building on the right is a convent. Usually it's a fairly ordinary scene but the Autumn colours gave it a lift. From a photo I took two weeks ago, looking a bit wintry now!
